Posterior staphyloma

A 62 year-old lady with diabetes mellitus came to our clinic for annual review of her eyes. She is also a high myope using -10.0D and -14.0D correction for her right and left eyes respectively. Her best corrected visual acuity is 6/36 bilaterally..
