Bilateral myopic degeneration

This 40 year-old lady with a history of high myopia since childhood presented with gradually deteriorating vision over the years. Her vision is counting fingers in both eyes. There is a family history of high myopia. Fundoscopy reveals bilateral myopic degeneration involving of the maculae.
