This man suffered a
penetrating injury while cutting grass four days earlier. CT scan showed the
presence of an intraocular foreign body. Slit-lamp examination showed
organized fibrins that resembled subluxation of cataractous lens and the presence
of pus in the posterior chamber.
The right globe was inflamed with limited
ocular movement .
