Retinal tear

A 23 year-old university
student with bilateral myopia of -6.00DS complained of sudden onset right
floaters. Examination showed posterior vitreous detachment and a retinal
tear in the inferotemporal quadrant. Argon laser retinopexy was performed
using a three way mirror.
