Chorioretinal scars

This 55 year-old man was
referred because of decreased vision in both eyes. The visual acuity
measured 6/60 in the right eye and 6/18 in the left eye. The right eye had
always been poor since childhood. Examination showed bilateral cataract and
chorioretinal scars in the right eye.
