CMV retinitis

This 30 year-old AIDS
patient is being followed up for his CMV retinitis. He defaulted on a few
occasional and did not follow the prescribed medication from the medical
team. His left eye is no light perception from advanced CMV retinitis. The
right eye still retains good vision. He is beginning HAART treatment and the
retinitis in the good eye is not progressing.
