Stargardt's disease

This 16 year-old school boy complains of poor vision in both eyes for the past few years. The visual acuity measured 6/24 in each eye. The vision is worst at night and he is unable to walk in dim light. Fundal examination shows bilateral subretinal whitish lesions. Stargardt's disease is a strong possiblity.
