Toxoplasma
chorioretinitis with severe vitritis

This patient with a known
history of chorioretinal scar develops progressive blurring of right vision.
Examination reveals retinitis surrounding the chorioretinal scar and severe
vitritis. Some retinal haemorrhages can also be seen. The serum IgG to
toxoplasmosis is high. The appearance is suggestive of reactivation of
chorioretinal toxoplasmosis.
