Orbital lymphoma

This 3 year-old boy presented with an acute onset bilateral proptosis and bilateral temporal fossa fullness. An urgent CT scan revealed bilateral orbital masses. The peripheral blood film showed blast cells consistent with lymphoma. He was started on chemotherapy.
