This 11 year-old boy was
hit by a nail while hammering resulting in a right total hyphaema. He had
had a small right eye with poor vision since birth. The vision was no light
perception and the pressure was raised at 30mmHg. He was treated with
topical timolol eyedrop and steroid.
Abnormal right eye with short
corneal diameter and small globe.
