Partially accommodative esotropia

This 6 year-old girl developed a left esotropia 2 years ago. Refraction showed she was hypermetropic right eye +5.00 and left eye +5.50.  With the hypermetropic corrections, the eyes were straight in the distance but on accommodation there were residual esotropia.
