Congenital esotropia
with alternating fixation

This 12 month-old baby was
noted to have large esotropia. Refraction and fundal examination were
normal. She had alternating fixation and left inferior oblique overaction.
Left fixation.
Right fixation and overshooting of the
left eye on adduction.
