This baby girl was born
with tetraphocomelia (Symmetrical absence or hypoplasia of the radius, ulna,
tibia, fibula, and femur cause shortening of the limbs.) and multiple organ
malformations. The cluster of dysmorphic features is consistent with
Robert's syndrome (also called pseudothalidomide syndrome). The eyes were
small with corneal opacities. The baby did not survive.
