Disorganized globe

This 4 year-old girl was born with a disorganized right globe. Consequently, the right orbit was small giving to facial asymmetry. Enucleation was performed and an acrylic ball was inserted to improve the facial appearance.

Right pseudoptosis due to small malformed globe. The right orbit

is also small due to the small globe volume.
