Capillary haemangioma

This 10-year old girl presents with a three-years history of progressively enlarged swelling  at the bridge of the nose. Histology of the completely excised specimen shows this to be a capillary haemangioma.

Swelling at the bridge of the nose.

Lesion exposed through blunt dissection.

Complete excision of the lesion.
