This 6-month old baby
develops a swelling of the left medial upper eyelid 3 months ago.
Examination revealed a subcutaneous swelling with bluish red discoloration.
The appearance is typical of capillary haemangioma. No action is needed at
the moment as spontaneous regression may occur. However, if the lesion
expands and threatens to occlude vision, intralesion triamcelone is useful
to induce regression.
