Blepharophimosis

This teenager is
self-conscious of his facial appearance which is typical of blepharophimosis.
He underwent bilateral frontalis suspension 10 years ago with fascia lata.
The eyelid contours are poor due to poor placement of the materials and the
small palpebral fissures were not addressed at the time.
Reconstruction will involve bilateral
medial canthoplasty to lengthen the palpebral fissures followed by
reconstruction of the upper eyelid contours at a later stage. A
similar case can be
found in this site.
