Right suprabrow dermoid

This 5 year-old boy presented without a progressively enlarged right suprabrow mass which had been present since young. The feature was suggestive of a dermoid. However, before excision a CT scan was ordered to exclude any intracranial extension. The scan showed no such involvement and the mass was excised en bloc. The histology confirmed dermoid.
