Orbital Lymphangioma

A 15-month-old boy with a
history of mild left proptosis and reddish lesion on the left globe
developed a sudden onset severe proptosis following a recent upper
respiratory tract infection. The CT scan showed blood fluid level. The CT
appearance and history were typical of orbital lymphangioma with haemorrhage
into the cystic spaces of the lesion.
