Orbital meningioma

A 40 year-old woman first
presented 4 years ago with a right proptosis. At the time, the CT scan
showed a space occupying lesion of the retrobulbar space suggestive of
orbital meniningioma. However, the patient defaulted treatment and sought
traditional medical help. She represented recently with worsening of the
proptosis. MRI scan showed enlargment of the lesion involving the
intracranial space. She was referred to the neurosurgeon for further
consultation.
