medulloblastoma

This young girl had had
surgery and radiation for medulloblastoma of the brain stem.
Post-operatively, she developed a left lower facial nerve palsy and a
lateral rectus paralysis and gaze palsy.
Right lower facial nerve palsy and
right esotropia.

Poor eyelid closure but with good
Bell's phenomenon.
