A 45
year-old man presented with a right paralytic esotropia. He was known to
suffer from nasopharyngeal carcinoma and had had radiotherapy to the
cervical region. CT scan revealed intracranial extension into the right
cavernous sinus which explained the sixth nerve palsy.
