This 25 year-old man
presented with a two-week history of pain and poor vision in the right eye.
Examination revealed severe anterior uveitis, a raised intraocular pressure
of 40mmHg and 3600 of posterior synechiae. He was started on
anti-inflammatory and pressure lowering therapy. A peripheral laser
iridotomy was performed to break the iris bombé as the pressure remained
persistent high.
