Rubeotic glaucoma

This 69 year-old man who had previous cataract extraction and implant developed central retinal vein occlusion. Despite laser panphotocoagulatio, he developed iris neovascularization and rubeotic glaucoma. The eye was made comfortable with topical homatropine and steroid. He had no vision in this eye.
