Suture lysis

The IOP of this patient increased to 26mmHg 4 weeks post-trabeculectomy with MMC. Gonioscopy showed patent sclerotomy. Suture lysis was performed with Hoskin's lens and the IOP decreased to 14mmHg.

 

Hyphaema post-trabeculectomy for neovascular glaucoma. Despite the flat bleb, the IOP was normal.

 

Gonioscopy with Goldmann lens shows patent sclerotomy at 4 weeks post-operative and no signs of iris neovascularization. The IOP was normal.
