Corneal pigmentation

This 28 year-old Nigerian
woman complains of ocular discomfort. The Schirmer's test shows poor tear
production and she was put on regularly artifical tear with good result. The slit-lamp examination reveals right conjunctival melanosis
involving the limbus and there are corneal pigmentations. The pigmentations
are caused by migration of the melanocytes from the limbus and are of not
clinical significance.
