Crystalline keratopathy

A 60 year-old man presented with corneal graft neovascularizationand odema one year post corneal graft for pseudophakic bullous keratopathy. Perilimbal subconjunctival triamcinolone was given which reduced the neovascularization and improved the corneal clarity. Unfortunately, he presented two months later with crystalline keratopathy. Scraps were taken from the lesions for culture and sensitivity and he was started on topical vancomycin.
