A 29
year-old man was involved in a road traffic accident and received a blunt
injury to his left globe. The anterior segment showed iris detachment of
more than 5 clock hours and lens dislocation. (Note: The pictures were taken
with Canon digital camera through the slit-lamp eyepiece before the anterior
segment camera became available in the department).
