This 65 year-old man who
suffered from lung cancer was referred because of reduced left vision.
Examination revealed dilatation of the temporal episcleral vessels and a
dense cataract. The intraocular pressure was normal. B-scan revealed the
presence of a large choroidal mass most likely to represent choroidal
metastasis.
Left superior corneal neovascularization
with lipid keratopathy and calcification.
