Iridodialysis with vitreous prolapse

This young man sustained an accidental blunt trauma from an iron bar to his right eye. The vision was reduced to hand movement as a result of traumatic macular hole. The anterior segment showed a 90⁰ iridodialysis involving the inferotemporal quadrant with vitreous prolapse.
