This patient was
referred to our clinic after undergoing a complicated cataract surgery.
An anterior chamber lens implant was inserted due to posterior capsular
rupture. Slit-lamp examination showed corneal oedema with detachment of
the Descemet membrane. The detachment resolved spontaneously after two
weeks without surgical intervention.
