Seclusion pupillae

A 40 year-old man
sustained a hockey injury to his left eye 15 years ago. The eye is soft and
has no light perception. Slit-lamp examination showed a shrunken globe with
seclusion pupillae.
Seclusion pupillae without view of the
lens or fundus.
