This man returns for a
follow-up following an extensive excision of his right facial neurofibroma
14 months ago. He wishes to improve his appearance better and following a
lengthy discussion he agreed to have his right non-seeing eye removed so
that his right socket could be reconstructed more easily. Slit-lamp
examination shows the presence of a neurofibroma of the left upper eyelid
margin and multiple Lisch's nodules. Discussion of his initial management is
