Titanium chips

Following an
uncomplicated phacoemulsification and implant, this patient was found
to have some shiny particles in the iris. These are titanium chips
coming off from the phaco tip as a result of vibration during
phacoemulsification. The chips are non-toxic and do not need to be
removed.
