Epithelial ingrowth post-LASIK

This 35 year-old woman complained of pain in her eye following LASIK surgery in Saudi Arabia. The operation was not successful as she still had significant astigmatism. Examination showed poor tear film and epithelial ingrowth. She underwent a LASIK revision to correct the astigmatism and at the same time had the ingrowth removed.
