Symblepharon

This 40 year-old
suffered from chemical burnt to his right eye 6 months ago. He now
complained of diplopia on up-gaze. There was symblepharon between the
lower eyelid and the cornea and globe. He was listed for conjunctiva
lysis to release the adhesion.
