Fuch's endothelial dystrophy

This 55 year-old man has Fuch's endothelial dystrophy. He developed left bullous keratopathy following cataract extraction and implant and underwent penetrating keratopathy. Slit-lamp examiantion shows changes typical of Fuch's endothelial dystrophy.

Right eye has gutatta and reduced endothelial cells.
