Conjunctival melanosis

This 48 year-old was concerned about the appearance of black areas in the right nasal conjunctiva. The lesions appeared two years ago and had grown bigger. Ocular examiantion including fundoscopy was normal. The lesion was excised en-bloc on the slit-lamp using a pair of Vanner scissors after topical anaesthesia.
