This 80 year-old presented
with a hypermature cataract and the vision was light perception. During ECCE
operation, he developed a large inferior zonulysis during lens extraction.
Anterior chamber vitrectomy was performed and an anterior chamber IOL
implanted. Post-operatively, the vision was 6/24 unaided improved to 6/12
with glasses.
