Bilateral subcapsular cataract

This 45 year-old man complains of photophobia and glaze in bright light. He is hypertensive but otherwise well. The vision measures 6/9 in each eye. Slit-lamp examination reveals bilateral posterior subcapsular cataracts.

Right lenticular opacity.
