Corneal graft

This 30 year-old underwent
a right penetrating corneal graft 8 months ago for corneal opacity secondary
to recurrent disciform keratitis. The vision was 6/60 preoperative and 6/18
post-operative (unaided).
Right corneal graft with a peaked
pupil. A loose stitch at 7 O'clock.
Loose stitch causes localized
neovascularization. The stitch is removed and
topical steroid given to prevent
corneal rejection.
Iris atrophy and incarceration at the
interface between the graft and recipient cornea.
