Disciform keratitis

This man complains of blurred vision and foreign body sensation. Examination showed subepithelial and stromal opacities with infiltrates and epithelial punctate stainings. He was given topical acyclovir and steroids with good response.

Corneal opacities.

The opacities are subepithelial and stromal.
