Tectonic graft for

This man underwent
tectonic corneal graft eight months ago for a peripheral corneal
perforation. Refer to
Case 23
in Case of the Week. A dense cataract developed subsequently. He underwent
an uneventful extracapsular cataract extraction and implant. During the
operation, sphicterectom and a broad iridectomy was performed due to
anterior synechiae and floppy iris.
