This 25
year-old motorcyclist was involved in a road traffic accident while under
the influence of alcohol.
Examination revealed sclera perforation anterior to the medial rectus
insertion with uveal prolapse with expulsion of his natural lens
Severe chemosis with medial sclera
perforation and uvea prolapse.
Expulsed natural clear lens kept in a
bottle of normal saline.
