A 67 year-old woman
complained of bilateral droopy eyelids that interfered with her vision.
Examination revealed bilateral brow ptosis and dermatochalasis with fat
herniation. Bilateral brow lifts and blepharoplasties were performed with
satisfactory results. In this patient if brow lift were not performed before
the blepharoplaties, the eyebrows would be pulled too close to the eyes
affecting the aesthetic appearance.
