Pleomorphic adenoma of
the orbital lacrimal gland

A 45 year-old woman complained of progressive
swelling of the right orbit. A CT scan revealed a mass in the lacrimal fossa
causing non-axial proptosis. A lateral orbitotomy was performed to remove
the mass en bloc. Histology revealed this to be a pleomorphic adenoma of the
lacrimal gland.
