This 35
year-old woman was punched in the left eye and the forehead four days ago
and developed a left subconjunctival haemorrhage and bilateral ecchymosis.
The ecchymosis was the result of haemorrhage from broken forehead vessels
which tracked down to the subcutaneous spaces in both eyelids.
The eyelid ecchymosis resulted from
blood tracking down from broken
