Pyogenic granuloma

A 11 year-old presented with a fleshy right
upper eyelid lump of 2-week duration. The appearance was consistent with a
pyogenic granuloma probably arising from a ruptured chalazion. The
lesion was excised on the slit-lamp under topical anaesthesia without
complication.
