Scleroderma

This 60 year-old woman had had problem with
fully opening her eyelids for the past 30 years because of scleroderma which
tighten her skin. She also had optic atrophy for the 20 years and dense
cataract reducing her vision to no light perception. She presented with
ocular irritation as a result of lower eyelid entropion. Everting sutures
were performed but the left entropion recurred four months later.
Wrinkle-free tight skin and
incomplete eyelid opening. Left lower eyelid entropion.
