Nasolacrimal blockage

This 44 year-old woman complained of left epiphora. Examination revealed the presence of mucous at the upper punctum. Compression of the lacrimal sac clear the punctum. Syrining of the lower punctum comfirmed nasolacrimal duct blockage with the injected fluid regurgitated from the upper punctum.

Upper punctum blocked by mucous discharge.

The punctum cleared via compression of the lacrimal sac.
